EDA/manuf. automation: Synopsys, Mentor, Cadence, Magma, Soto Tech, Pintail, BCS

Decisions:

Using STDF V4 to create the datalog standard for scan and memory fails
Use the current draft proposals as the starting point

Test cases to be generated/collected by the working group
Beta site evaluation before releasing the v1.0
Target finish date for V1.0: May 2007
Goals for the V1.0 in May: Drafts + Test suite validation + Beta site evalutation
Two separate working group for Scan and Memory
A Wiki will be setup for each group for information management
Each group have maximum 6-8 members:, Others can send inputs and receive status
members
- Scan: Glen Plowman (Qualcomm), Tom Jackson(Cadence), Wu Yang (Mentor Graphics), Mary (BCS),Andreas Leingner (Infineon)
- Memory Ko-Chen (Qualcomm), Cadence, Mentor, Arm, Virage Logic
- ST, NXP, Synopsys to find their representative
Meeting frequency to be decided by the working group
V1.0 release success to be tracked for any further releases and for inclusion in STDF V5
