New Member:

  • Following new members joined the working group
    • CY Hay: Synopsys
    • Gary Green - Synopsys
    • Ping Wen – Yield Dynamics (for Tom Ho)

PR Activities:

  • Reminder for WG member to provide PR contact information to Ajay and Jana

Requirements and Draft discussions

  • Started reviewing the Infineon, Verigy & Mentor draft
  • WG group discussions and decision to be documented in MS word and would be put in an editable form on the group's web page. Mary will help creating a word document on the web
  • Group started discussing the information requirements in the following categories
    • Device Identification
      • Group decided to add package identification information to the device identification category
      • The mechanism to obtain a particular piece of information in the device identification and other categories is decoupled from the discussions on which information to add/keep.
        • Glenn to provide the package identification information to the group based on RossettaNet 7C7
    • Test Identification
      • Test identification should allow references to original pattern file. The mechanism to obtain that in a test environment is again decoupled from the need to have this field. Also it is not clear which file to refer in case there are multiple source files from which a pattern was derived.
      • Group realized the need for a consistent terminology for the various information pieces in the test identification category
      • A decision was made to have presentation and discussions on the use cases to determine the information field to keep in this category and to agree on a common terminology
      • Glenn, Davide, Phil and Cy to prepare documents for use cases and terminology.

Next Meeting:

  • In view of Christmas and New year's holidays, the next meeting is schedule to be on Jan 25^th^ at 8.00AM PST.
    • Same conf call number
    • Ajay to send invitation for the web conferencing before the meeting


New Action Items:

  • Create a editable word document on the web – Mary & Ajay
  • Provide package identification information \- Glenn
  • Prepare presentations on use cases and terminology – Glenn, Davide, Phil & Cy
  • Update presentation with update from this meeting – Ajay
  • Remove Verigy logos from the presentation – Ajay
